Abstract:The AFPM100/B1 monitoring equipment adopts a wall-mounted structure, adopts a centralized and modular design, and has the characteristics of strong functions and flexible settings. The system adopts an 8-inch industrial tablet computer, adopts the Windonws XP system, and can support AFPM100 fire protection equipment power monitoring software. The printer can print all alarms, faults and various operations of the Chinese character information of the system, and has multiple functions such as management, viewing, alarming, printing, and so on.

    GB28184-2011 "Fire-fighting equipment power supply monitoring system" has clearly included the fire-fighting equipment power supply monitoring system into the building fire protection regulations, and compulsorily stipulates the basic functions of the fire-fighting equipment power supply monitoring system. Therefore, this article explains the scope of application and functions of the power supply monitoring system for fire-fighting equipment.

0 Preface

    With the rapid development of society, there are more and more modern large-scale buildings, public gathering places and first-class high-rise buildings. The fire control room controls the automatic alarm system, automatic spray system, fire accident broadcasting system, smoke prevention and exhaust system, Operation of multiple systems such as gas fire extinguishing system, fire hydrant system, emergency lighting system, etc. Whether the fire alarm system in the fire control room and the related fire-fighting linkage equipment can work normally depends on the working state of the power supply of the fire-fighting equipment. Therefore, in the event of a fire, if the power supply of fire-fighting equipment cannot work reliably and stably, the fire-fighting facilities that have invested a lot of money may be in vain. In recent years, fire-fighting equipment malfunctions due to the out-of-control power supply of fire-fighting equipment, leading to fire spreading accidents have been common.


1 Project Introduction

    An industrial park in Suzhou is a strategic emerging industry project of the Suzhou Municipal Government. It is a focus camp for entrepreneurial enterprises and large emerging industries, and a new entrepreneurial cultural industry park.

1.1 User needs

①The function of monitoring host for power supply of fire-fighting equipment

    The monitoring equipment should be able to receive the monitoring alarm signal from the fire-fighting equipment power monitoring detector, and send out sound and light alarm signals within 10s to indicate the alarm position, display the alarm time, and keep it until the fault is eliminated.

Equipped with muffler and muffler indication function, when there is an alarm or failure, the sound signal can be restored to output, which is convenient for on-site debugging and maintenance

②Monitoring function

    The monitoring equipment should have at least two levels of operation. The duty officer is only allowed to eliminate the sound alarm signal and query information. The key or password should be used to enter the operation level above the operator. The key or password used to enter the high operation level can be used to enter the low operation level, but the key or password used to enter the low operation level cannot be used to enter the high operation level.

③Easy to operate and maintain

    The operation page adopts a graphical display mode, which intuitively shows the working status of the power supply of each fire-fighting equipment, the operation interface is simple and convenient, the software runs stable and reliable, and has good scalability and maintainability.


2. Introduction to Field Project Application Products
2.1 AFPM100/B1 fire-fighting equipment power supply monitoring system

    The AFPM fire-fighting equipment power monitoring system is a computer measurement and control system that integrates monitoring, alarm and management independently developed by Acrel.This system can be widely used in intelligent buildings, high-rise apartments, hotels, restaurants, commercial buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, petrochemicals, culture, education, health, finance, telecommunications and other fields (hereinafter referred to as monitors). The AFPM100/B1 fire-fighting equipment power supply status monitor is the core of the AFPM fire-fighting equipment power supply monitoring system.The AFPM100/B1 monitor is connected to multiple sensors through two buses to form a distributed fire-fighting equipment power supply monitoring system, which monitors the working status of the main and backup power supplies of the fire-fighting equipment in real time.The monitor adopts a centralized and modular design and is equipped with sensors,and  monitor,store,analyze informations like operation information, fault alarm information of  the voltage, current, switch status of  fire equipment,so that it can be convenient for users to monitor and manage.Not only that the monitor can also collect and display the data of the power supply of fire fighting equipment by human-computer interaction interface,with functions such as management, viewing, alarming, and printing.This equipment has reasonable structure, high reliability, strong function, convenient maintenance, high cost performance, friendly system interface, easy to learn and use.

    The AFPM fire-fighting equipment power monitoring system is composed of AFPM100/B1 fire-fighting equipment power monitoring equipment, voltage/current sensors, AKH series current transformers and other accessories. Each device of the system is connected by two buses, and the construction and wiring are simple and convenient.

    The sensor has 2 three-phase voltage detection functions;

    The sensor supports 2-channel linkage signal input function (2-channel passive dry contact input, input mode: built-in power supply);

    The sensor supports 1 relay output function, the contact capacity is AC220V/1A, DC30V/1A;

    The sensor has multiple protection functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, and error;

    Contains three parts: "software title area", "function list area", and "page display area". You can enter each related function interface by clicking the button in the "function list area".

Condition monitoring interface

    It is used to set parameters internally, measure parameter status parameters, and remotely release alarms or open and close the monitoring device on this interface.

Device detection interface

    This detection function is an operation function that can be performed by "administrators" and "operators", and is mainly used for equipment self-checking and manual detection of indicator lights on the panel of the monitoring system.

Event logging interface

    In this interface, the user can query the records of the corresponding alarm or action type in any period of time, and all levels of operation authority can view the information of this interface.

4.Conclusion
